The Affiliate Marketing Sales Manager will develop, grow and manage the company’s marketing affiliates, aggregators, and other partners helping to meet aggressive growth goals and maximize sales funnel efficiency while delivering upon planned lead and sales results.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in sales, as well customer service and marketing fundamentals through education and work experience. It is imperative that this person have a take charge attitude, precise analytical skills, and a desire to exceed his goals. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Affiliate Manager will focus on client acquisition by building and servicing relationships with affiliate partners and members, as well managing assigned ones.
Apart of that, the job provides for a unique opportunity to contribute at the ground-level while learning about the crypto and blockchain industries. The role thrives in a fast-paced and energetic team environment, which requires individuals to establish partnerships with each member of the team and become a strong contributor to the achievement of departmental sales goals. The Affiliate Manager role will support the team to help define, execute and retain strategic partnerships to advance our distribution priorities.
●Develop new channels and partnerships that will contribute to our growth & expand our reach;
●Generate leads through online research, email campaigns and industry specific events;
●Assist with the implementation of new and ongoing sales efforts for assigned affiliates;
●Build relationships with different clients including: Retail, Professional and Institutional Traders;
●Communicate with affiliates, answering inquiries about Bybit affiliate program and best practices;
●Evaluate and optimize affiliate offerings to determine potential expected results and return;
●Retain, support, and make sure that partners are receiving high quality service;
●Manage and contact regularly partners to maintain existing customer relationships;
●Develop and manage affiliate revenue and acquisition forecasts toward strict KPI’s;
●Optimize all aspects of Bybit affiliate program through established and new networks
●Develop plans and review campaign performance using internal reporting and analytics tools;
●Distill data into actionable insights which will help drive change and growth
●Explore, assess, and execute new approaches with existing partners
●Manage, monitor and analyze affiliates on a daily basis to drive sales and program efficiencies;
●Run marketing promos to enhance affiliate productivity and to create new growth opportunities;
●Provide solutions and assistance to motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues;
●Grow an extensive and profitable portfolio;
●Take care of your affiliates and clients in CRM, keep it clean and easy to analyze;
●Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders;
●Consistently innovate, explore, learn, test, execute and iterate;
●Maintain a culture and discipline of testing, research, competitive analysis and data-driven decisions to optimize future plans;
●Closely monitor the competitive landscape, evaluate new technologies, platforms, strategies, and tactics, bringing recommendations back to the team to ensure our continued evolution and growth.
●1-3 years experience in Crypto / Forex / Trading affiliation and/or product sales;
●Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills;
●Outstanding written/verbal communication, presentation and relationship-building skills;
●Proven ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional results in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
●Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation;
●Strong decision making and problem solving skills;
●Enthusiastic attitude with strong leadership skills;
●Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently
●Fluent English both in written and oral communication skills.
●Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing or finance- an advantage.
●Extensive network of affiliates in crypto/forex trading industry with proven growth;
●Understanding of digital marketing
