Cultural Enrichment and Events Intern (Beijing)
**Who may apply? Candidates should be university students or recent graduates. IMPORTANT: Candidates must be already be based in Beijing.
**Working Hours and Location: Part-time. Create PPT files from home. Up to 8 hours on site monthly for events. Must be available to attend events in downtown Beijing on Sunday afternoons and evenings.
**Compensation: Fixed payment for creating presentations + hourly wage for events + appetizers/transportation to and from events
Responsibilities include:
_Create dynamic PowerPoint presentations about life in China
_Assist the Events Coordinator during each event, for approximately 2 hours each time
_Answer questions and provide support for event attendees
_Encourage growth in event attendance
The right candidates are:
_Passionate about different cultures and languages
_Friendly and patient with others
_Experienced in using Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT)
_Have basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese_
_Looking to get quality work experience in event planning, languages and marketing
