- English and Spanish speaking E-Commerce Product Manager
The E-Commerce Product Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the e-store products. Develops strategies to drive online sales, increase profitability, and create marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Works with customer and product quality services to ensure customer needs are met and product complaints are resolved and prevented. Ensures all products and listing displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
The position requires analytical and organisational skills in using multiple data sources of sales, pricing, marketing and product-detail information. Due to the work culture, the qualities of tenacity, tolerance and team-working are a MUST. Experience of e-commerce selling platforms would be an advantage.
Essential Job Functions:
# Product Market research: Work with our Purchasing Dept to develop new items to add to ranges
# Communicate regularly with Purchasing department to ensure most accurate data possible and best in class products are developed
# Work directly with photographers and graphic designers to create engaging marketing materials that drive sales with clear and easy to understand illustrations and literature
# Meet and exceed expectations regarding efficiency of listing to deliver and maintain Sales Rankings
# Create website product listings and upload to online platforms - copy, technical specifications, dimensions, quality standards etc.
# Customer Support - Customer Complaint resolution. Awareness of issue, and ability to work with Purchasing & Quality Assurance Dept to implement corrective action plan, and with design department to create artwork to communicate issue resolution with future customers
# Write and implement creative copy to drive traffic to product pages, including searchable keywords
# Maintain and edit product listings with regular changes and updates as and when appropriate
# Support in having all products and marketing assets ready to go live for each E-Commerce promotion.
# Data Analysis — Run Reports - new inventory, weekly sales reports, and trend reports. Support all Retail Customer service; including answering all email questions, refunds, returns, and exchanges on all E-Commerce platforms.
