Engineer/Coordinator Car Customer Care

- Research on market and technology trend in the field of Chinese

automotive market, formulate technical requirement and perform user survey

- Develop and track whole vehicle technical catalogue

- Participate in virtual evaluation of new car models and competitive

vehicle evaluation

- Make proposal to whole vehicle approval

- Organize technical meeting of customer care, take the minutes, finish

regular reports and documents

- Follow measures of customer satisfaction with relate technical departments

- Completed bachelor/master degree in Machinery Manufacturing,

Automotive Engineering or similar, Graduating students are warmly

welcomed

- Knowledge of whole vehicle development/marketing research, related

training or intern/working experience will be a plus

- Good organization and communication skills

- Fluent German
