Foreign interior designer

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture and interior design;

2. Good at Schematic Design and Construction Documents Production

具有良好的方案设计能力以及施工图制作能力

3. Strong team-work ability. Review work off and assist Senior Designers / Junior / Intern members of design team in conjunction with Director;

有团队合作能力。连同设计总监审核团队中资深设计师/设计师/初级设计师/实习生工作。

4.Strong experience in communication with contractor, supplier and client；Reviewing project for conformance to contract;

善于与承包商，供应商，客户沟通；根据合同执行项目实施中的每个细节

5.Be proficient in using design software

熟练操作设计软件

6.Understanding of local building regulations and practices

熟知国内的室内装修规范及要求

7) Good English and Chinese communication ability;
