Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily customer consulting in the area where games are placed, and answer user questions through Facebook or email;
2. Pay attention to Facebook and other user communities and forums, and collect feedback from users;
3. Record product problems and feedback from users, and solve online problems;
4. Form and maintain VIP users and fan groups;
5. Proofreading of operational activities, product localization and advertising proposal.
Qualifications:
1. Have good written and verbal communication skills in Korean, Chinese major is preferred;
2. Love Korean culture, familiar with Korean humanities and history, Korean or study abroad in Korea is preferred;
3. Love games, like to communicate with users, understand user psychology and habits;
4. Pleasant personality, good teamwork and stress tolerance;
5. Welcome fresh graduates or interns.
