Opportunity to oversea all operations aspect of an innovative contract manufacturer
in the sheet metal fabrication industry.
General Manager is accountable for the profit and loss;
Qualifications :
Experience managing operations with functions including : Human Resources, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Engineering and Finance;
Bachelor degree and above in engineering or manufacturing;
Experience in lean manufacturing;
10 to 15 years experience in similar position in manufacturing;
Competencies :
Leadership;
Vision and execution capabilities;
Technical knowledge in related industries;
Driven;
Fluency in English is a must;
Intermediate to advance level in Mandarin;
Language: Chinese /English
