GM JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Leadership: Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together.
2.Team Building: Providing staff with coaching and developmental opportunities and building effective teams.
3.Responsibility of operation management and other related cost control.
4.Optimize productivity and efficiency through people, systems and operational processes.
5.Driving decision: making that creates medium and long term improvement.
6.Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.
1.Above 35 years old and have managed more than 3 stores.
2.At least 5 years of experience in management level as CEO, GM or COO.
3.Experience in a restaurant chain or retail chain is required.
4.University degree preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration.
5.Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability.
6.Fluent both in Chinese & English.
7.Proven track record.
