Main Duties:
- This is a expatriate position directly reporting to the group HR Vice President and assisting in overall human resources management of foreign staffs excluding recruiting;
- Proactively build good work relationship with other departments in HQ, the regional management team and also the campus management team, to give consultation related to foreign staffs;
- To update and give consultation to the campus relating to foreign staff allocation & headcount management, play a role as HRBP, update campus human resources updates and make sure effectively and efficiently delivering to related HR co-workers and HRVP;
- Lead IHR daily operations and make sure all employee relations, monthly payrolls, new staff onboarding process and ect. are talking place smoothly;
- To lead/ participate in drafting and reviewing IHR related policies, HR projects, performance management and other IHR related work;
- Other ad-hoc assigned by HRVP;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 5+ years work experience in foreign teacher management or Human resources;
- Chinese language communication is preferred but not must;
- Result Driven, good interpersonal skills, proactive;
- Education industry experience is preferred;
- Be able to apply z visa;
