Summary
EyeBuyDirect is looking for a talented Marketing Project Assistant to help Marketing Project Manager on coordinating cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deliver all kinds of marketing campaigns and projects to be completed on time, within budget, according to specifications, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
● Work closely with the Marketing Project Manager to oversee schedules and staff members throughout the project lifecycle
● Support to coordinate between the creative team, product team, social media team, influencer team, PR team, A&R team, and IT department
● Assist with scheduling and preparation of documents for projects
● Manage projects on project management tool, such as Asana
● Work with colleagues to gather and share information critical to project management
● Support teams to adhere to best practices and QA processes of campaigns and promotions

Requirements
● Excellent English communication skills
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
● 1 year or more relevant working experience, such as project management, marketing…
● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests while working towards a deadline
● Logical and proactive problem solver, and proven ability to work as part of a team
● Experience using project management software Asana, Jira, etc
● Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is preferred
