【Qualifications】
1. Candidate would need to travel to some of the developing countries;
2. Customer service supervising experience is preferred;
3. Active thinking, love communication and travel;
4. Enthusiastic about the position, with good communication skills.
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible and managing overseas call center to ensure domestic team's requirements. It is necessary to travel to developing countries for short term (one week to one month);
2. At least two years of customer service supervisor's work experience, customer service center or BPO supplier management experience is preferred;
3. Ability to communicate in English, strong English writing ability;
4. Have good team management software skills and abilities.
