Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for needs analysis and preparations for the early stage of project establishment;
- Determine project objectives, define project stakeholders' expectations based on project needs, describe basic project scope, and select basic project team members
- Develop a project plan. Balance the quality, time and resources and develop a project schedule. Track project progress and project risk management, report project progress status to the higher level regularly, coordinate cooperation between project team members and project team and external communication, ensure complete and standardized management of R&D design documents and related documents, and control project quality control And personnel training;
- Pre-evaluation of the design results if meet product design requirements and understand the requirements and be cable to interpret correctly to team members
- Guarantee the resources required to execute the plan. Lead the team and meet with team members. Re-adjust project activities and resource levels as necessary
- Monitor project progress, measure performance and communicate with project stakeholders. Identify deviations from the plan and take corrective actions to align actual progress with the plan
- Identify and resolve problems and resolve conflicts
- Integrate and coordinate project changes, notify project team members in a timely manner and ensure project changes are implemented

- Responsible for technical support during product conversion, communication and coordination with Manufacturing and Production
- Evaluate project processes/outcomes with project stakeholders including project team members, and summarize lessons learned
- Excellent English is needed for communicating with management team and higher level leaders

Qualifications：
- Electronics、Mechanical or engineering related majors; Bachelor degree or above
- 8+ years of Project Management experience; PMP、IPMP or PRINCE2 certificates are preferred
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Highly proficient at organization; detail-oriented with the ability to lead and manage multiple work streams at once
- Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, be responsible and responsible
