- Manage Beijing, Shanghai, or Shenzhen team and outlying cities in 1 of these 3 regions
- Hold weekly service meetings with Team Leaders and Team Managers to communicate service priorities
- Meet with direct reports weekly to review student meeting agendas, problem-solve any student-related issues and brainstorm unique approaches to motivation, time management etc.
- Administer quarterly performance reviews to direct reports
- Review writing quality of team through Mock Admissions and provide concrete and tangible feedback on how to improve applications and writing quality
- Meet monthly with strategy cases (25-35 strategy cases at any given time)
