Job responsibilities:
1.work with operation team, responsible for the localization test and product operation of mobile game in Russia.
2.Responsible for planning, execution, effect evaluation and other relative work of the daily game operation in local community.
3.Track the daily operation data of local community, analyze the relevant data and make reasonable proposals.
4.Work with the product operation team to collect and organize player’s suggestions and feedback so that we can get sustainable improvement of product quality and service.
5.Regularly submit the research report about operation activities, study and analyze player’s behavior , and provide reference for better operation.
Qualifications for employment:
1.Russian students in Beijing ,familiar with the Russian culture and language
2.Excellent Chinese listening , speaking, reading and writing.
3.Strong learning ability, good communication and collaboration skills, high sense of responsibility、teamwork awareness and professional spirit.
4.Prior for who enjoy game and have rich game experience.
