1. Travel around the world to source and meet customers ,open new market, sourcing of new customers, sales of company products all around the world. Establishing and maintain good relationship with new and old customers.
2. Building an industrial customer database for company future developments. Provide constructive and productive advices for development and strategies of the company.
3. Lead the sales team to archive customer annual sales target , follow up and communicate with customer to provide our good services and helping resolving all customer problems.
4. Experience in sales and management, train all sales team and help them keep on improving for their sales ability .
Ualifications and job requirements:
1. Foreign personnel or Chinese personnel who have at least 5 years experience working in abroad. Excellent English speaking and writing, Mandarin speaking is good, 40% of travel time is required. Independent handling of all matters related to the job.
2. At least 15 years experience in similar responsibility and position for international export business. Experience in furniture business is preferred. Experience in strategy planning according to the company needs.
3. Strong sales and management experience and skill of communication with both internal departments and outside customers, Aggressive, responsible personality and tolerate high work pressure are required.
4. Experience in use of Microsoft office software.
Working place: Shaoxing, Zhejiang
Salary: 200,000-300,000 rmb/ year
