Job responsibilities:
1.Participate in certain range of business activities, handle the relevant public relations and foreign liaison work;
2.Arrange the company important meeting minutes and supervision, coordination and implementation of relevant resolutions ;
3.Assisting the president to deal with all kinds of letters, drafting letters, speeches, reports, documents and other types of comprehensive documents;
4.The tracking and management of all types of document management;
5.Reasonable arrangements to remind the president of the daily working hours and procedures;
6.Finish the president of the other job tasks.
Qualifications:
1.Excellent English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills; good occupation image;
2.Chinese, business management and other related professional bachelor degree or above ;
3.Have related work experience preferred;
4.Outstanding writing and language skills, good communication, public relations and customer reception ability;
5.Have a good affinity, excellent organization and coordination capacity and emergency handling ability;
6.Native speaker preferred.
