- Monitoring and analyzing customers’ business performance
- Working with supply chain, purchasing and operation team to deal with trouble cases and requirements from customer
- Establishing and building up customer relationship through customer visiting
- Taking ownership and responsibilities for Branch performance goal ( Volume and GP)
- Represent Fastenal as brand ambassador and face of the Company
- Customer retention by maintaining new and existing business
- Creating and presenting professional proposals to current and new customers
- Collecting market or competitor information and share feedback to BM/ DM
- Other assignments issued by BM / DM
Requirements to Candidate:
- Degree holder preferably in technical/mechanical or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years Industry parts account management experience in distributes industry.
- Strong analysis and presentation / communication skills
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Strong relevant IT skill sets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Team working oriented · Proactive, self-driven and willing to take initiative.
