For the needs of business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Spanish speaking recruiter to join us at our global headquarters in Tianjin, China
BASE Location: Wuqing District, Tianjin
What you will be doing
Design and implement recruiting strategy targeting Spanish speaking countries / regions.
In line with the recruiting quota, source, screen, interview, assess and filter candidates using relevant channels / tools / methods in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure the smooth on boarding of new employees and act as a focal point in employee relations.
Promote the company’s image as the “best place to work” towards targeted audience.
What we are looking for
Bachelor degree or above in human resources management or relevant disciplines.
Preferably one year or above of professional experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
Native Spanish speaker, with working proficiency in English and / or in Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent) acceptable.
Strong knowledge and experience of Spanish / Latin American cultures.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with high-standards professionalism.
