1.Full-time bachelor of Arts or above ,major in English language and literature .
2.Have bilingual skills in both English and Chinese.Speak Chinese is not necessary,but must
be understand Chinese culture. Native English speaker mainly from English、America、 Canada、Australia and New Zealand.
